USMNT striker Brandon Vazquez added his fourth goal in six matches for Rayados since his January transfer from FC Cincinnati on Thursday evening.

In their Concacaf Champions Cup match against Comunicaciones FC, the American striker scored the third goal for Rayados in a 3-0 rout over the Guatemalan side. Across two legs, the Liga MX club won 7-1 via an aggregate score, with Vazquez netting after missing the first leg due to personal reasons.

Vazquez has been in incredible form for Rayados since his blockbuster transfer to the Liga MX club in early January. Across all competitions, he has four goals in six appearances, including a brilliant header in Clausura action earlier this February. He's firmly put his foot down as one of the strikers who can and should be competing for minutes with the USMNT ahead of an incredibly busy campaign this year.

With the Concacaf Nations League semifinals on the horizon and the Copa America this summer, the striker pool will need to be deep, and with Vazquez's current form… Gregg Berhalter will definitely be intrigued.
